Returns & Exchanges

At Birkenstock, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn Birkenstocks back in their original shoe box and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
